Happy Holidays from Kay, Jo, and Raphael~

So I’ve begun to notice that I’ve been neglecting one side of Raphael that is a little less obvious to other residents, and maybe even Jo herself. Yes he’s a lazybutt and yes he’s bratty, but he’s also very attached and protective.

Jo initially wanted nothing to do with the wild bug that followed her home one night, but after grudgingly quartering him for a couple of days she began to see him as a part of her life, and eventually a part of her family. Raphael is an intelligent bug and probably picked it up after some time that this weird monkey was actually going out of her way to make sure he was safe. He’s been grateful since; maybe not so grateful to get up and do something useful with his time, but enough to not take his new life for granted.

So this holiday season, after hearing much hype from Jo about buying everyone the perfect present, and casually disregarding it, he was unpleasantly surprised to find that - guess what! Christmas is in less than ten days.
So while Jo was furiously wrapping presents, Raphael decided to go out of his way to hand/stub-leg make a gift for her. I don't think she'll mind the mess <3
